Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

National Digital Transformation Services, LLC ("NDTS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit forms, or receive marketing communications — including application-to-person (A2P) SMS messages — from us.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name you provide via our contact and lead forms.
  • Project information: service interest, project details, and any message content you submit.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs collected automatically.
  • SMS message data: message content, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out records, and timestamps associated with A2P 10DLC campaigns.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To send marketing and promotional communications, including SMS and email, where you have provided prior express written consent.
  • To register and maintain A2P 10DLC campaigns, including brand and campaign use-case registration with the U.S. mobile carrier ecosystem.
  • To analyze and improve our services, website performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. A2P SMS Messaging & Consent

By checking the consent box on our forms and providing your mobile number, you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from NDTS at the number provided. This consent applies to A2P 10DLC-registered campaigns.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your consent to receive email communications, which you can manage separately.

We do not sell or share your mobile number for the purpose of enabling other parties to send you marketing messages without your consent.

4. TCPA & CTIA Compliance

Our SMS marketing practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We maintain records of opt-in consent, honor opt-out requests promptly, and register all campaigns through the A2P 10DLC framework.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with service providers who act on our behalf to deliver CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and messaging services under written agreements that require confidentiality and lawful use. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

6. Your Consumer Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used (request disclosure).
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ndts-llc.com. We will verify your identity before processing requests and respond within the timeframes required by law.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy
